Will come back for more food and service, with a smile.
the breakfast crew, are fast, reliable and the food is prepared with high levels of cleanliness. please continue with the level of cleanliness. the rooms are also very well maintained.
the hotel staff are very accommodating, but there should be more people manning the front desk. this is because, there is usually a surge of people coming in, and when that happens customers are very rude. i have seen 3 rude customers, to your staff, during my stay. and that is because they were not being handled fast enough, due to low manpower on the front desk. i do not think the staff deserve such treatment either.

Very Good
It was close to the mall. It appears to be the best mall in Amritsrar. Nice pool and staff are pleasant.
Western breakfast was lacking. Pastries were dry and underwhelming. Hotel has a nice feel but you can tell it's in need of a reno. English tv channels exist but you need to ask the staff to enable them. Didn't tell us on check in, even though I asked on arrival and I'm obviously Western.... Nothing really in the area other than the mall which does get old pretty quick however.
